By booking a service with Running Right Mobile Mechanics, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
- Running Right Mobile Mechanics provides mobile vehicle servicing and repairs at the customer’s nominated location
- Services include routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and pre-service inspections as outlined at the time of booking
- Diagnostic work, advanced programming, or specialised services outside the advertised scope are not included unless agreed in writing
2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final costs may vary if additional parts or labour are required
- Customers will be notified of any changes before work continues
- Prices are inclusive of parts and labour, unless otherwise stated
3. Payment
- Payment is due on completion of services, unless prior arrangements are agreed in writing
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card/Eftpos, Afterpay, Zip
- Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur late fees.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must ensure the vehicle is safely accessible for work to be carried out
- The customer is responsible for disclosing all known issues, modifications, and prior repairs
- If the vehicle is not in a safe or suitable location, services may be refused or rescheduled
5. Parts and Warranty
- Parts supplied and installed by Running Right Mobile Mechanics are covered by manufacturer or supplier warranties
- Labour warranty is 6 months or 10,000 km (whichever occurs first), unless otherwise stated
- Warranty is void where the vehicle has been tampered with, improperly maintained, or used outside of normal operating conditions
- No warranty applies to customer-supplied parts
6. Liability
- Running Right Mobile Mechanics will take all reasonable care when carrying out services
- We are not liable for pre-existing faults, wear and tear, or failures unrelated to the work performed
- We are not liable for loss of income, loss of use, or consequential damages arising from repairs or delays
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee
- Severe weather, unsafe conditions, or emergencies may require rescheduling (at no additional cost to the customer)
8. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
- These terms do not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
- Customers are entitled to remedies for faulty workmanship or defective parts in accordance with the ACL
9. Privacy
- Customer information will only be collected and used for booking, servicing, invoicing, and warranty purposes
- Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia
